The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry launched/licensed RBG in March of 2018 with the aim to promote the cooperation among retailers in Dubai, serve common interests and promote transparency within the sector.

RBG was launched with following 5 objective(s):

RBG is a not-for-profit, industry association representing majority of all retail formats across the Emirate of Dubai, including but not limited to department, specialty, independent stores and online merchants. RBG is a strong advocate for the retail industry in Dubai and works with all levels of the Government to support growth in retail. The group is focused on Retail activity or areas of retail interest through membership. RBG strives to provide best practices and industry information, benchmarking, networking and advocacy support for retail firms.

A Retailer (as defined by Dubai Economy and with a membership of Dubai Chamber) in the Emirate of Dubai can join RBG. Current members of RBG are into merchandise, F&B, hospitality, non- luxury brands, high end brands, supermarket.

RBG has very strict privacy policies and does not disclose member information to other members. RBG assists retail members in creating a presence within our retail community through collaboration opportunities. Our member list is not for sale.
