Aarti Jagtiani leads the direction and corporate strategy for Landmark Group as a member Board of Directors. As Group Director for Home Centre, Home Box, Babyshop and Oasis Malls, Aarti plays a key role in driving growth and innovation across the brands, through a customer centric focus coupled with a dynamic business approach.

Having led Home Centre in Middle East & India for several years, Aarti led the launch of the group’s affordable home brand, Home Box in 2013, to fill the gap in the market for fashion-forward, contemporary home essentials at value-driven prices.

Aarti currently also oversees the strategic growth for Babyshop and is leading the brand’s vision for the future as the most trusted homegrown retailer for baby products.

She has also been leading the expansion of the Oasis Mall division.

A firm believer in leading from the front, Aarti takes an active interest in multi-dimensional operational aspects of the businesses she is involved in. Her strength lies in leveraging her comprehensive understanding of the market dynamics to the commercial benefit of the business.

After graduating with a Master’s degree in Strategic Planning and Management from Georgetown University, Washington DC, USA, Aarti worked with Watsons, Hong Kong as a Senior Analyst, Strategic Planning & Development (M&A) before joining the Landmark Group business.

An avid reader and traveler, Aarti has a great penchant for journeys through the roads less taken. Having lived in London, Washington, Hong Kong and Bangalore, she is now settled in Dubai with her husband and three children.
